Day Description: Requisition

Comments and Notes: Replacement. Assignment for 16 weeks only. Rates are tiered based on mileage - measured by direct line not driving distance. Travel (101 miles+), Radius (51-100 miles), Local (50 miles or less) Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day.  Tech for interventional radiology: Call required - at least 1 weekday per week, and every 3-4 weekends - may be additional call according to department needs. Requirements:  AHA BLS  and ARRT required   A minimum of 2 years of experience required  Must have strong critical care experience and IR procedural experience  Epic experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable Additional Information:  IVS to OFFER Monday to Sunday  No block schedules for any reason    Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is  Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained  This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submitDisclaimers:  Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended  Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November April Float Required: NoCertifications: BLS
