Other Requirements: Traveler will be first to float at Premier's discretion. Agency will float in/out of specialty clusters. It will be assigned a medically appropriate assignment or support the nursing care team of the unit floated to, including high-risk respiratory unit/COVID. If assigned to MVH, this could include floating main campus (Dayton) south campus (Centerville) less than 10 miles from Main Campus and North Campus (Englewood) less than 15 miles from Main Campus. Traveler must be available to work every other weekend/holiday. Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 3 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract/2 shifts for an 8-week contract. Premier Health reserves the right to cancel agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine. Travelers are not eligible for Premier health employee incentives.Unit Details:We are a 35-bed medical and radiation oncology unit specializing in oncology and hematology patients. We are mixed acuity, seeing both Med Surg and Advanced Care patients. We see a lot of blood products and chemotherapy patients on our unit while also seeing lots of other skills such as drips, PCAs, wounds, and more.With ONS Certification, RNs on the unit do administer chemotherapy. Navy Blue ScrubsRTORequest RTO with initial submittal; NO RTO will be added after the offer. RTO approval will be at the Manager's discretion. Submittal email must include application and current Nursys report, and other certs are not needed if listed on the application.
