FIRST TIME TRAVELERS - OK!*BLS, ACLS required*SICU exp preferred*Interpretation and Mgmt of Dysrhythmias, Multi system organ failure.*Post Cardiac Surgery (directly from the OR), Post Cardiac Surgery (Not directly from the OR), Pre Post Cardiac Cath intervention, Pulmonary Artery Line Swan Ganz monitoring*ECMO, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump, Impella required.*Sheath Removal, Transcatheter Aortic Valve implantation Replacement (TAVI TAVR) preferred.*IV Insulin protocols, Chronic Acute Renal failure preferred*CVVHA CRRT required*Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care & management, PICC line mgmt, starting IVs.*Continuous IV sedation, Titrate Cardiac and Vasoactive drips*Assist with management of BiPAP and CPAP, Assist with Chest Tube Insertion and Removal, Care of Ventilated Patient, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of ABGs, Suctioning (ETT, NT),

ManagementMedical Surgical Cardiac ICU patients: MI, CHF, cardiac surgeries, post cardiac cath, LVAD, Impella, IABP, Arctic Sun, renal failure CRRT, respiratory failure, sepsis. Open heart surgical patients, AAA repair, Vascular surgeries, ECMO.
