Standby requirement: No- Floating Requirements: Travelers first to float; MS units; Can be asked to float to sister facilities of Meridan or Nampa- Scrub

Color/Dress Code/Scrubs provided: Any color; No hoods.- How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation: Yes- 2 days on the unit with a preceptor - Additional Notes: Would prefer travelers with oncology and/chemo certifications. Would need chemo certifications to administer chemo. Will accept MS travelers without onc/chemo experience, but must have 2 years of experience. They do take some higher acuity patients than general MS units. Unit prides themselves on teamwork.**This facility has a radius rule of 50 miles. To ensure adherence to this rule, we will require the candidates' perm address in the submittal to confirm they are outside of that specified radius before proceeding with the profile review.**Date
