Transplant Patient Ratios: RN: Day - 1:4-5; Night - 1:6-7 LPN: Day - 1:4-5; Night - 1:6-7 CNA: Day - 1:6-7; Night - 1:7-8

Alaris Pyxis Lifts: Hoyer lifts, ceiling lifts, sit to stand lifts Floating: all other MedSurg areas including Inpatient Boarding Travelers 1st to float Orientation: 8 hours Scheduling: Weekend rotation: every third, as needed Can we approve time off
