Types/Common Diagnoses: o   NICU through geriatric patientso   Anything for normal Level 1 – trauma, extremities, etc.?       Required License, National Certification, Certs:o   BLS, ARRTo   IEMA (state license)?       Skills required:o   General x-rayo   Fluoro – video swallows, BE, uppero   OR – c-arm, o-arm, and Nav. Neuro, spinal, ortho.?       Support within the Department:o   Lead Tech during the day, charge for 2nd shifto   Radiology Transportero   Radiologist offsite 2200. At 2300, will transfer to 3rd partyo   Other rad techs in departmento   Manager/Supervisor during weekdayso   Rapid Response/Code Team?       Technology/Equipment:o   EMR: EPICo   PACS: GEo   Unit specific equipment: GE OEC c-arm, Shimadzu portables?       Floating: If yes, where?o   Possible to float to Advocate facilities within 30-minute rangeo   Would know in advance if needed to float.
