Number of Staff Type of staff: o Day Shift 1 charge, 10 RN (no support staff) o Night Shift 1 charge, 10 RN (no support staff) Patient Ratios 2:1 (low acuity 3:1) Type of equipment Baxter Pumps EMR - Expanse Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Medical ICU experience. Vent/ drip titration Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Intubation, central lines, endoscopy, tracheostomy, chest tubes Best personality Fit: Team player that is flexible and has a good attitude.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: ACLS, BLS Floating Area(s): Progressive
