Rotating (Day/Night) Description: Requisition

Comments and Notes: CRU MUST START WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK, VT LICENSE MUST BE ACTIVERates are tiered based on mileage - measured by direct line not driving distance. Travel (101 miles+), Radius (51-100 miles), Local (50 miles or less) - WIll be primarily Miller 3 - Cardiac Progressive Care Stepdown Tele/Surgical Focus. Manager willing to review candidates with no A-Line experience that have OH (CABG) experience Post-Op, Day 1. Will be aligned to float pool however - Floating required (travelers float first) units within central pool PCU units. Must be flexible with scheduling minimum of every other weekend and/or schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care. As a Progressive Care RN, you will specifically support areas including cardiothoracic surgery, vascular, urology, and cardiology. You may also float to support areas including hematology, oncology, orthopedics, med tele, general surgery, neurology (including neuro SDU), neurosurgery, ENT, and GYN.  Requirements: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS required; NIHSS required prior to start A minimum of 2 years of experience Must have large trauma level 1, teaching facility experience Experience in unit specialty: Cardiology with experience in post cath., stemis and structural heart patients EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable Additional Information: IVS to OFFER Monday to Sunday No block schedules for any reason Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers: Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended.Float Required: NoCertifications: NIH Stroke Scale,ACLS,BLS
