WORK:Week of 12/20: 12/23, 12/24, 12/26Week of 12/27: 12/27,28,29 (if ok w 4 in a row), if not, 28, 29, and any other shift that week. Unit Information Full service Level III NICU able to care for extremely low birth weight and babies as low as 24 weeks gestation and only weighing 500 grams. 30 bed unit with average daily census of approx. 10 babies with mix of acuity. Requirements3 years of NICU experience required. Will take first time travelers if they have level III or higher NICU experience! Active Maryland RN license or Compact RN license in hand at the time of submissionBLS and NRP REQUIREDSTABLE is preferred Call RequirementsCall required - 12 hours per 4 week schedule. Float RequirementsFloat to NAN (is newborn admission nurse. (Newborn meds, assessment, putting baby to breast for fist time))/DRAN (delivery room baby nurse (1st 30 minutes of baby s life) ) role or baby module in the Family Center.
