Nurses on this unit manage complex patients with multiple comorbidities while providing both pre- and post-operative care. RequirementsMinimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical RN experiencePrevious travel nursing experience requiredMust be able to independently interpret cardiac rhythmsActive Maryland RN license or Compact RN license in hand at the time of submission (no exceptions)Current BLS certification requiredMEDITECH experience required Important Notes Candidates must be comfortable caring for a diverse adult and geriatric patient population with complex medical conditions and post-operative needs. Strong assessment skills, cardiac rhythm interpretation, and the ability to manage multiple high-acuity patients are essential for success on this unit.
