Type of staff: Day Shift Rn s and LPN s Night Shift RN s and LPN s Patient Ratios 6:1 Type of equipment Telemetry monitoring, IV infusion pumps, bladder scanners, EKGs, Enteral feeding pumps, Bipaps, Vapotherms, wound vacs, PCA pumps, Trapese EMR Medtech On Call Requirement Floating Requirement May float to other Medical-Surgical units based on staffing and patient care needs Scrub Color - Nurses- Royal blue, PCTS/SNEs/Secretaries Wine Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Current RN license BLS certification Medical-Surgical nursing experience Ability to care for telemetry patients Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Experience managing patients with multiple chronic conditions Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
