Floating Requirements: Hiring for acute could be reassigned to rehab. Traveler will be moved first. The process on rehab is the same with the exception that rehab is easier - no admission, med cart, assessment notes by exception.Scrub

Color/Dress Code: Navy scrubs- white or navy under tattoos need to be covered- no nailsUnit/Department specific orientation: 3 days of hospital orientation and then will have some days of orientation on each unit until they have oriented on all units.Additional Notes: Communication and compassion are very important for them. Must be a doer . The CEO frequently wonders the campus as a "secret shopper" they have cameras everywhere nurses will be monitored as well do not sit around. This can be a high acuity facility, most of the time it is not. It can be a very easy position but they don t want you to hold up a wall.
