RN Ratios: 1:2 Shift: shifts are rotating, they won't rotate within a 4 week schedule but want to have them be able to work either shift during their contract. Years of experience REQ: 1.5 years First-timers accepted: Yes

Weekend REQ: we ask for 4 weekend shifts per schedule for day shift and 5 for night shift as Friday Saturday and Sunday nights are considered weekends. Block schedules are not guaranteed, nor are set schedules.

FLOAT TO NICU REQUIRED, Will float to Peds ED for an admitted pt assignment if they are holding patients. Optional to cross train to PED assignment. Open to accommodating block schedule
