Night 3x12-Hour (19: 00 - 07:30) Description: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - Neuro ICU to support Neuro ICU at Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center - University Hospital. The unit cares for the patient population includes individuals with ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, subarachnoid hemorrhages, seizures, neuromuscular diseases such as myasthenia gravis and guillain-barr syndrome, meningitis, and post-operative neurosurgery patients undergoing procedures such as spinal surgery, craniotomies, and cerebrovascular surgery.. Bedside procedures such as tracheostomy, percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG), Central Line and arterial line placement, EVD placement.Requirements 2+ years of experience; With strong Neuro experience

Required certifications: ACLS, BLS,

NIHSS Required skills: SCREEN first time travelers Neuro Intensive Care Unit, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG, IV insulin protocols, Accessing/Managing Ports, Arterial line management,
