Requisition Comments and Notes: ACH Northwest / RRT . Must be RRT no CRT. Floating required when necessary to other pediatric units. EPIC experience required.

CERTIFICATIONS: RRT. Healthcare professionals must be dependable and adhere to the schedule in which he/she is applying to. If the Healthcare professional has more than 3 call-offs within the 13 week assignment, this will be grounds for termination. Scheduling by manager or scheduler; no self-scheduling.
