NICU Primary Stroke Center Beds: 136 Covid vaccine required

General Information Beds: 17 Experience: 3 years ICU experience; preference CRRT experience (Nxstage) First-time traveler: 3 years of ICU experience

Patient Types: General: COVID, sepsis, ETOH, IVDA, OD, SI, delirium, GIB, Stroke w TPA,

ARF Surgical: general, open abd, ortho (total joints), ENT,

OBGYN Cardiac/Vascular: Fem-pop bypass, CABG, valves, post cath (radial approach), AAA, amputations No complex neuro- post TNK/TPA Covid & PPE: N95 PAPRs Adequate PPE provided

Patient Ratios: RN: 1:2 (acuity based) CNA: 1:8 days, 1:17 nights

Required Certifications: Required: BLS,

ACLS Preferred: NIHSS Skills required Required:General

No On Call Other notes: Scrub Color: Any color; no camo/denim/hoodies Parking: Free More than 2 sick calls will prompt discussion with traveler and evaluation of contract and possible contract termination.
