Cardiac Rehab: PT OT SLP, rehab physician.- RT/Equipment: RN to do nebs and inhalers, RT cpap and bipap for nights and RN can remove.- Shifts & Scheduling: RN if doing 12 7-7, or 7-330, 3-23230, 2300-0700. Agency usually do 12s some 8 hrs.- Weekend Requirements: Every other to every third.- Holiday Requirements: 2/3 for winter and every other for others.- Call or

Standby Requirement: No.- Floating Requirements: To like med surg tele units.- Scrub

Color/Dress Code: Any color scrubs, clean and professional.- Unit/Department

Specific Orientation: 2 12 hour shifts.*MUST note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Marshfield. If clinician previously worked with Marshfield, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.*All clinicians must clock in and out at facilityDate
