Ratios Duties: Yes- 1:10-20- Are there Tele/Monitor Techs on this unit Are RN's required to read their own strips What brand are the tele monitors: Tele techs will interpret, RNs should have some tele awareness- Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling Block scheduling): 0630-1900, 1830-0700 // Travelers will be scheduled. Will approve a limited amount of block scheduling- Weekend Requirements: At least every other weekend, but additional weekend shifts may be required based on unit needs and census.- Holiday Requirements: 2-3 Holidays from Thanksgiving to New Years. - Floating Requirements: Yes to other medical surgical areas or units with MedSurg patients waiting for a MedSurg bed- Scrub

Burmeese Cancellation Policy: Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks.
