Mixed Acuity Unit. Travelers do not administer chemo.Multi-care level unit and RNs should be prepared to care for up to five Med Surg patients.Ratios are 1:4 days/1:5 nights.BLS requiredACLS, Chemo preferred2 years of prior experience required (must have 2 years exp in large, urban hospital)Drips are required on all floorsEPIC charting experience requiredFirst timers NOT accepted (will consider if the traveler has 2 years of experience at a Level l Academic Medical Center)Will float within scope to meet facility needs (this includes potentially floating to Bellevue campus). Units may include, but are not limited to 4CS, 5 West, 6 Neuro, 4/5 Lied, 6/7 Lied, 7 HVU, 8 Werner, 9 Trauma, Bellevue MS, Observation, SOTU.In addition to CNAs, care teams include care techs, transport team, swoop/paramedics. LPNs are assigned on some, but not all, floors.100% NICOTINE

FREE FACILITYWeekends: 4 weekend shifts out of 8 possible in an 4-week period. Days: Saturday and Sunday. Nights: Friday night and Saturday night.RTO restrictions: Up to two weeks of RTO permitted. RTO must be submitted with application. Additional requests after confirmation at manager discretion.***Holiday Requirement: Travelers must work 2/3 major holidays - winter holidays are below:Thanksgiving: W/Th/FChristmas: 24/25/26New Years: 31/1/2Locals Accepted: NO (candidate must be more than 100 miles from facility)Pending license accepted: Yes, but if license is not IN HAND at the time of submission then traveler will be booked six weeks out.Scrubs: MANDATORY - RNs wear Steele gray scrubs with the Nebraska Medicine logo printed on the back. Information on how to obtain Nebraska Medicine branded scrubs will be shared once traveler is confirmed.
