Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered.- Unit: Radiology- # - # machines: 1 Siemens 64 slice CT s, 1 Siemens 128 Slice CT, 1 Radiology Fluoro, 1 Rad, 3 Portables, 4 C-Arms Prefers above experience, but will provide training if necessary- Certs: BLS, ARRT (R, CT), California CRT with Fluoro permit, and 3-5 years experience required - for all Radiology.- Procedures per day: 80 per day between XR and CT- EMR: Cerner- Holidays: Rotate with core staff- Scrub Color: Teal scrubs - radiation badge as well (Travelers must provide their own)- Tele: NA- Vents: NA- Hospitalist or

Cancellation Policy: Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks
