Intensivist in house: neonataologist - not only on 24/7 - IV Team: no- RT 24/7: Yes- Pharmacy 24/7: Yes- Call: Sometimes, low census (Standby)- Shifts: 12's (7-7), self scheduling primarily - Floating: NICU float to Nursery and Peds; Mother Baby (not typical)only if they have that experience, lenient with ped expereince, level 3 NICU - Floor specific orientation: NICU (2-3 shifts) Peds (2 shifts)- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: 23 weeks and bove, cooling-expreience preferred, feeders/growers, no ecmolevel 3 or above for experience, must be comfortabel with high frequency oscilattors and vents - Additional Notes: 2 years experinece or more, previous travel experience is not required.

Cancellation Policy: Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13
