The role requires flexibility to support shift coverage from 8:30 AM 5:00 PM.Our team operates very independently, so while orientation and support will be provided, it s important that the candidate is comfortable speaking up, asking questions, and appropriately escalating patient concerns not simply following provider instructions without critical thinking.INTERVIEW
