Certification Requirements: BLS- Other Certs Required for all OT: OT license for state of MI- Common diagnosis: General rehab with wide variety of patient care. Geriatric, pediatric, neurological, orthopedic, etc.- Experience: Peds experience preferred but not mandatory.- EMR: Epic- Is there an OT Manager/Supervisor on each shift: Lead therapist who does treat patients.- Do you staff

Rehab Aides: There is 1 rehab tech at the facilty to assist with cleaning, assisting therapist with patient care, etc.- Shifts & Scheduling: 5 days/week- Weekend Requirements: None- Holiday Requirements: None- Scrub Color: Business casual- Department specific orientation: Orient 1-2 shifts, Epic training, & then start patient care with mentorship as needed.Date
