Intensivist in house: Yes, Hospitalist or Intensivist- IV Team: Resource nurse available if needed.- RT 24/7: Yes- Pharmacy 24/7: Yes and ICU Pharmacy open during dayshift.- Shifts: 12 hr shifts. Shift starts 645. Report is at the bedside. OT and extra shifts are available. Self-scheduling is used, but is not finalized until Manager balances it. Schedules are out 4 weeks. Travelers can access their schedules from home and make themselves "available" for extra shifts and make trades with other staff. Block scheduling is generally not available.- Floating: All other Sacramento facilities. Mid-shift float to another facility is rare, but can happen. Travelers are first to float.- Floor specific orientation: 1 - 2 days on the floor with preceptor.- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: All trauma cases, CRRT, rapid infusers. Line insertions are common. - Additional Notes: Interdiciplinary rounds are done on every patient on days.

Cancellation Policy: Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks
