DETAILS: These positions will be hospital float pool staff and will be expected to float throughout the hospital including the Emergency Department, ER hold, Medical Surgical, Telemetry, & Stepdown/PCU.FLOATING: FLOAT POOL - Within facility/scope of practice (ED included) - RATIOS: Up to 1:7 in Med-SurgSCHEDULE: Due to FLOAT POOL - Must be flexible to facility scheduling - No Schedule Requests can be requested/approved/accommodatedWEEKEND: Every OtherCALL: NoneMINIMUM
