Type of staff: o Day Shift 1 Charge 1 RN o Night Shift - 1 Charge 1 RN Patient Ratios 2/1 Labor patients 4/1 Couplets (mother/baby) Type of equipment Fetal monitors EMR Meditech. CPN On Call Requirements 1 Call shift a week with the potential for 2 calls on week with only 2 shifts

Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Labor and Delivery experience Nursery experience Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. C-Section experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Deliveries and recovery Newborn testing (CCHD, Newborn Metabolic Screening, Bilirubin, Hearing Screening) Best personality Fit: Hardworking, willing to ask questions, and help out coworkers as needed
