Call Requirements: Yes to be discussed in the interview.
Certs/License requirements: BLS and ACLS MUST be via AHA and must have in hand at time of submission. KS or multistate RN license.
Scrub Color: Provided by SWMC. Facility may cancel 1 shift every 2 weeks. HCP will take a drug screen on site as part of FDI and a DS is required as part of the compliance items to be cleared as well. Must have successfully completed 2 travel contracts, no first-time travelers. Please look into housing as this has been an issue lately. MUST BE OVER 45 MILES FROM THE FACILITY- MUST LIST MILEAGE ON SUBMISSION PACKET! AM : Caela
