Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 1-year current hospital L&D RN experience BLS, ACLS, NRP, EFM-C or AWHONN Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Circulating C-sections High risk LDR experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): C-sections and Inductions AROM, IUPC, DFM and Doppler Best personality Fit: Compassionate, caring, friendly, patient and solutions oriented Patient care experience is a priority

We do self-scheduling which is a big staff satisfier. Our team works together well to cover the staffing needs of the unit. We have a team nursing approach, where all of the nurses look out for each other, and help each other when possible. Strong leadership team that is supportive of nurses and can all work the floor when/if needed. We have many tenured nurses with 20-40 years of experience. New OB Hospitalist program began in April, and gives attending support to the residency program, and nurses working triage.
