Jaclyn Gregory Requisition Comments and Notes: 10/5, 10/19 START (Orientation occur every other Monday only). 12H Nights - 48H Neuro IMCU - B51 . PLEASE NOTE THAT THROUGH THE END OF JANUARY, CENTRA HAS APPROVED THE SUBMISSION OF FIRST-TIME TRAVELERS FOR THIS UNIT.*** Charge responsibility may be required, and the RN will receive the appropriate pay differential and training.*** If your traveler is interested, we can offer up to 20 week long assignments to help ensure that the unit has adequate staffing to provide patient care during the holiday season.  (NO RTO WILL BE APPROVED DURING THE WEEK OF THANKSGIVING - 11/22-11/28. ANY SUBMISSIONS WITH THOSE RTO DATES WILL BE DROPPED!) Traveler must work at least one major holiday (Christmas Day and/or New Years Day).  Block schedule can no longer be accommodated but will consider weekend only requests. Submission Requirements = Work history with 2 years min. experience, explain all gaps in work history over 90 days, Skills Checklist, Copy of Nursys/license. All REQUESTED TIME OFF must be in packet at time of submission. Centra accepts approved declinations for Covid/Flu. 36 or 48 hour contracts are available. Block schedule can no longer be accommodated but will consider weekend only requests. IMU RN - Patient Population (Diagnoses): Mix of med-surg, tele, cardiac IMCU acuity level patients, neuro patients, CVA patients; - 12H Nights assignments end on Saturday - Orientations are every other week on Mondays - Unit tries to follow 2/3 weekends a month but cannot always do this based on unit needs. Be sure to discuss with HCP. - IVS to Offer with limited RTO - Client can cancel up to 36 hours per assignment due to census. - Charge experience preferred - Cerner Preferred -Active VA / Compact License required upon start - Centra is a teaching hospital and YOU will work and encounter students and new hires often. We expect all team members, including travelers, to contribute to a culture of support, particularly when interacting with students and new hires.
