Every 4 week period will have one week consisting of one 12hr shift and three 8 hours shifts in a 4-week schedule. May rotate within the same week, but they try not to do this. If they do, they will give a few days between the rotation from days or eves to nights. Every other weekend and holidays required* No call required - MA LICENSE REQUIRED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION - FLOAT POOL POSITION (15 medical surgical units - 600 bed facility) - Who manages ventilators: RT, RN responsible for administering nebulizers - Unit specific procedures: 12 lead EKGs, lasix gtt, blood transfusions, telemetry monitoring.
