Type of staff: o Day Shift 1 Charge RN, 3 RN Circulators, 3 Endo Techs,1- SPD, 2 Pre-op RN, 2 PACU RN o Night Shift None Patient Ratios 1:1 1 RN and 1 Endo Tech for each Endoscopy room Type of equipment Olympus Scopes and EndoSoft (transitioning to Provation) EMR - MediTech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Endoscopy knowledge Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Team player Good communication skills List typical procedures performed on unit(s): EGD

Colonoscopy Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Scrub Color - Blue
