XI & SP equipmentHolidays: required as they fall, as scheduledFloating: required within the specialty as neededOn-call: 4 on-call shifts per 6-week schedule period with 60-minute response time from time of call (inclusive of any off-shift time)Weekends: required and inclusive of on-call/off-shift - 4 shifts in a 6-week scheduled period
