Type of staff: RN s, Clinical Coordinator, Dept. Assistants o Day Shift 8:00a , 9:00a, 11:00a and 12:00p waterfall schedule. 9, 10 & 12 Hr shifts o Night Shift - On call after 9:30p Patient Ratios 2:1, 1:1 unstable ICU, 1:1 peds Type of equipment Ventilators, Phillips and GE monitors, Sigma spectrum pumps EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. PACU or ICU Strong Neuro background Ventilator competency Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. ICU or PACU Drip titration Neurosurgery List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Set up PCA pump Drip titration Arterial line blood draw Best personality Fit: Good organizational skills, multitask, team player, reliable
