Requisition Comments and Notes: BILH coversheet required at time of submission  12H Night shift, weekends and holidays expected  FLOAT POOL POSITION - will float to all MS TELE floors as needed **PASS/FAIL ECG/TELE TEST AND MEDICATIONS TEST DURING ONBOARDING - ONE ATTEMPT ONLY TO PASS ** Dysrhythmia and Medication tests are now administered by CCH via Zoom Protector meeting PRIOR to assignment. We need RN s to test within 48 hrs of offer. 85% is the passing score, there is NO opportunity for remediation or re-sit, so we suggest RN s prepare for the test, leveraging the Study Guide provided by the client that include tips and answers  WILL BE EXPECTED TO FLOAT TO LIKE UNITS AND TO OVERFLOW AREAS  License
