Back Requirements: No requirements for additional on-call or back-up. Additional shifts MAY be available to pick up for sick calls, etc.Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, WI RN license (Aspirus requires AHA or ARC certifications)Minimum Experience: 2 years in ICU, Med/Surg experience, travel experience requiredRequired Skillset: ICU and MedSurg competent WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE MORE THAN 7 DAYS OF RTOUnit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): The case mix is medical and surgical patients such as joint replacements and general surgical patients. They have 11 beds for covid patients. These are on one end of the unit with the rest of the patients in the other rooms. Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates. Assertive and confident in skills. Team player.Scrub colors: Dark blue. The on-call hours that travelers are placed on will count toward the 36 low census unbillable hours. If the traveler is called back to the facility, they will be able to receive call back pay.Observed Holidays: New Year s Day-Memorial Day-Independence Day-Labor Day-Thanksgiving-Christmas DayDuring Flu Season any traveler that declines to be flu and covid vaccinated will be required to wear a mask at all times. There is no exception to this Aspirus policy. Failure to adhere to the policy will result in corrective action.
