Requisition Comments and Notes: BILH coversheet required at time of submission  10H Days MUST HAVE CT ARRT AND IR ARRT Locals accepted please see rate tab Required Qualifications: 2yrs experience in IR Ability to work independent in IR procedure rooms and take on call independently for Trauma certifications, Weekend, day shift, and on call coverage are required, *GE/Siemens knowledge* Scrub and circulator experience, Extensive thrombectomy device knowledge (PE/Stroke), Angio procedures such as TIPS, angioplasty Vocational or Technical training in Radiologic Technology required. License Radiology MA License required., and Registration RT ART required. *Weekend and on call coverage are required Orientation is weekly (every Monday barring a holiday) Please provide dates and times available for interview at time of submissionALL RTO REQUESTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF SUB Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health as travel, perm or per diem within the last six months will not be accepted - MUST be separated from facility for six months to be considered. Parking can cost up to $43/day in some cases.
