Floating policy: C/L employees float as needed, typically to other ICU s but can include other floors.

Requested Skill Set: Must have: Strong critical care experience, including CVICU experience Advanced skills needed: Skills with PA catheter and hemodynamic monitoring required, preferred experience with IABP, Impella, and CRRT. Procedures performed on unit: Provide care to immediate post-operative cardiac surgery patients, including ECMO, Centrimags, and HM3 LVADS. Perform central line insertion, swan insertion, intubations, etc. on unit.
