Nights Description: Start Date: 4/27 Shift: 12 hour Nights; 6:45p 7:15a Guarantee: 36 hours
Contract Length: 13 weeks Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS Our ED is staffed with 2 RNs, a registration staff member, and ED provider 24/7, with a tech that works until 10pm nightly. We are a busy critical access emergency department, seeing about 800 patients a month. We have 24-hour in-house lab, radiology and cardiopulmonary to support the nursing staff in caring for our patients. It has been several years since we have had a contract nurse in our ED, but the ED director is great to work with! " They will not float, unless there is an emergency in another department that they are asked to respond to like a code blue, rapid response or other critical event that requires additional nurses. This would be for the duration of the event, or recovery from the event, not to work a shift in that department." :88
