TB skin test should be repeated annually thereafter. TB QuantiFeron completed within one (1) year of start date and annually thereafter would also be acceptable. Chest X-Ray should only be completed for past positive PPD cases as a result of TB exposure. Chest X-Ray result must indicate that the Chest X-Ray was completed to rule out positive TB results. The Chest X-Ray results are good for 5 years. If providing Chest X-Ray, past positive TB result and TB questionnaire is required at time of placement. Shift:  8 hour days; 8:00AM-5:00PM or 10 hour days; 7:00AM-6:00PM; both with an hour lunch break.
